I’ve never had a problem getting my medications here. 5 stars for Nathan and Leon in particular. No pharmacy is perfect though

These guys are awesome! Had a prescription show up as $2,000 and the lovely lady pharmacist could have just said ‘yeah, sucks for you’ but she helped work through all the reasons why it might have been that way … then actually found a solution that saved me big time. These guys are really good and thoughtful and I appreciate it.

They are so nice and friendly every time I come here! My prescriptions are always filled quickly and I have never had an issue here. Been coming for 3 years now!

They are super responsive and fill prescriptions quickly (10-15 minutes typically)! Their auto refill program was a little odd when I first started using it, but recurring prescriptions are always ready when you need it. I've been using them for 10 years now and will continue as long as I live in Herriman. When I move away, I will definitely try another Smith's Pharmacy very first!

I've never had a bad experience with Smith's. I'm sad to see such a low rating. They've always been great at helping me with my family's prescriptions. I had an issue with our insurance, and they made sure that I knew how to get a refund once it was all figured out, and even called me back. I think the world of them!

I have really enjoyed going to this pharmacy, I feel that they are quick with filling my prescriptions after leaving the doctor's office. I do think some people need to set realistic expectations when having their meds filled. It does take time for them to process it, fill it, verify it through insurance if needed, and for it to get approved. I am very grateful for this pharmacy for being so close to me and convenient. The drive-thru is also very nice, if you don't need to go in and get groceries.

Want to send a special THANK YOU to NATHAN at the Pharmacy. Not only was his customer service exemplary, when he pulled my prescriptions and saw the cost, he took extra time to find better pricing. Since I fill multiple prescriptions a month it was a significant savings. I'll be sending my friends to Smiths!

The techs at this pharmacy are always really helpful when I have questions or call to get prescriptions filled. I honestly have never been treated this good by a pharmacy and I appreciate them.

I was pretty shocked by the overall rating of this pharmacy. I've been going here for 7 years and never had an issue. Always quick and accurate. The drive-thru pickup is a huge plus.

I had a very expensive medication that I had to pay cash on because my insurance wouldn’t pay. I explained to the pharmacist that I’d be using GoodRx when they ordered the medication. Before I showed up to pick up the medication they found a way to apply a manufacturers discount card to save me a TON of money. They could have applied the GoodRX price and sent me on my way, but they went above and beyond with the manufacturer card. Thank you so much!
